Problém byl způsoben výpadkem napájení hlavní rozvodny v budově LK (lávka), odkud jsou obě věže připojeny. Výpadek napájení současně na obou centrálních prvcích tedy vyvolal ztrátu konektivity v celém UKB.

The problem was caused by a power failure of the main substation in the LK building (footbridge) from where the two towers are connected. Power failure at the same time on of both central elements caused a loss of connectivity throughout the UKB.
